第二个 Notion Custom Agent 每天早上自动抓取 Obsidian、Heptabase 以及 Notion 这三款产品的 Changelog 网页，如果检测到有更新，就自动将更新内容、版本号、以及更新简介写入数据库，然后利用数据库的 Automation 功能，向我发送通知。
